A separate entrance leads you down to a bright living room (15 x 14), dining room (10 x 12) with electric fireplace and a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, 4-burner cook top, large toaster oven and some utensils. Master bedroom is 14 x 12 and the second room is 10 x 11. A 4–piece bath off the second room. Adequate furniture is available but you need to have your own mattress and bedding. Use of washer and dryer, exercise facilities and backyard with own deck. Hydro, heating, air conditioning, water, cable TV, internet and indoor parking for one car are included. Suitable for a mature person who is employed and is willing to help with gardening and light housekeeping. You need to have a car as there is no public transportation. Must be non-smoker, very clean, and have good references. There is a small (7 lb) dog in the house and no more pets are allowed. $800 monthly + 3 hours per week of housekeeping.
